The Welcome Email
Once your new advocate joins the Hub, you can have a Welcome email sent automatically to the advocate. This welcome email can thank them for joining the hub, explain the purpose of the hub and give them any additional information that you deem necessary. The welcome email will be delivered once the advocate accepts your hub's terms and conditions or consents to receiving emails from the Hub.
Here's how to set up a Welcome Email:
Click on your name at the top right corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu. From there, select Email and choose Welcome Email in the drop-down menu that appears.
From here, you will be brought to the page shown below. At the top, you can choose to enable or disable Welcome Emails. If the box is checked, they are enabled.
The Welcome Email comes with a default text as seen below, but you can customize both the subject line and the text to better reflect your Hub and what is important to your advocates.
After you've customized your message, you can preview it by pressing the Preview button beside the Save Changes button. Here is an example of a Welcome Email:
