The "Day After Joined" Email

Research shows that if an Advocate doesn't return to the hub within the first week, they are unlikely to ever return. Why not give your advocates a gentle reminder of all the great reasons they should return to the hub? 

You can do so in the form of a Day After Joined email - an email sent to advocates the day after they join, as the name suggests. 

What does it look like?

How do I turn it on?

1. While in Admin View, click on your name at the top right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu. From there, select Email and choose Day After Joined Email in the dropdown menu that appears. 

2. To enable this email, simply click the checkbox, and then ensure you Save Changes. If you want to take a look at what your customized email will look like, click the Preview button,

What happens now?

Now that it's all set up, every advocate who joins from this point forward will receive a follow-up email the day after they join your AdvocateHub community.
