Learn how to sign-in to the PostBeyond mobile app. There are two methods to sign in via the mobile app. Below, we detail the processes for these sign-in methods.

 

Sign In Method 1

Step 1: To begin, enter your email address that is associated with your PostBeyond account.

 

Step 2: The system will search for PostBeyond sites that your account has access to and automatically send you a link to access those sites to your email within 15 minutes. If you do not have access to PostBeyond yet, you will not get any links sent to your email. In this case, please reach out to support at support@postbeyond.com.

 

 

Step 3: Open your email app on your phone and finish signing in by clicking the blue Sign In button.

Sign In Method 2

Follow these steps to sign in using the team domain method:

 

Step 1: Use Team Domain

On the first page, instead of entering your email address, select "Use Team Domain".

 

Step 2: Enter Your Company's Domain

Enter the domain of your company's PostBeyond site (e.g., thepost.postbeyond.com). If you do not know your company's PostBeyond domain, please contact support@postbeyond.com.

 

Step 3: Sign In to Your Company's Site

You will be redirected to the sign-in page of your company's PostBeyond site. Depending on the setup, you may see different sign-in options such as Single Sign On, Google, and Sign in with Email. Choose the option that suits you best and proceed to sign in.
