Overview
The customer asked, "how do I grant a specific badge to an advocate?" The issue was that while the system mentioned manual badge awarding, it did not provide specific instructions. The solution involved navigating to Admin Settings, locating the badge, accessing the advocate's profile, and manually awarding the badge. Manual awarding does not automatically allocate points or update reporting.
