Overview
The Rewards tab may not be visible to certain advocates within the system, leading to confusion about why this discrepancy occurs. The visibility of the Rewards tab is tied to the availability of eligible rewards for redemption. Advocates without eligible rewards will not see the Rewards tab, while those with eligible rewards will have access to the tab.
Solution
The Rewards tab becomes visible when there are rewards available for redemption, regardless of whether the advocate has accumulated the necessary points to redeem them. The visibility of the tab depends on the following conditions:
- Advocates who do not have any eligible rewards will not see the Rewards tab.
- Once an advocate has eligible rewards (even if they lack the required points for redemption), the Rewards tab will automatically appear.
To ensure the Rewards tab is visible:
- Check if there are eligible rewards for the Everyone group or the advocate's group(s). In exceptional cases, you may choose to make any reward available to specific individuals as well.
- If there are rewards available, the tab should become visible, even if the advocate does not yet have enough points to redeem them.
There is no manual intervention required for this change, as the system handles the tab's visibility based on eligibility criteria.
