How to Connect Microsoft Teams
In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the Teams page and locate the team you wish to integrate with PostBeyond. Click the three dots next to the team name and select 'Connectors'.
Scroll through the list of integrations until you find PostBeyond, then click 'Configure'.
A pop-up window will appear. Copy the Webhook URL:
Next, go to PostBeyond, access the Admin panel, navigate to Settings > Integrations, and click 'Link Microsoft Teams'.
Enter the Webhook URL and Channel Name, then click 'Save'.
After completing the setup, the integration will provide options to 'Unlink Microsoft Teams' and to 'Push posts to Microsoft Teams by default.' This default setting can be disabled for individual posts during the creation process. If not selected, admins and content creators will see an off toggle when creating a post, which they can turn on to push the post to Microsoft Teams.

How MS Teams Integration Operates for Admins/Content Creators
When creating or editing a post, if the 'Push to Microsoft Teams' option is enabled before saving, the content will automatically be pushed to MS Teams.
Additionally, for posts you wish to push to MS Teams, you can select 'Push to Microsoft Teams' from the settings toggle on the Admin > Posts page.
If a post is created in Inbox, the admin or content creator can toggle the option to push the content to MS Teams on or off.
How will MS Teams appear to End Users?
For end users, posts pushed from PostBeyond will appear in their MS Teams feed. Users can click 'Go to post' to view the content.
If users are not logged in to PostBeyond, they will be redirected to the sign-in page before accessing the specific post.
Once signed in, the user is directed to the single post view, where they can choose a social network or native sharing option to share the content.
