Step 1: Go to your 'Team' page and click 'Invite Users via Email'
To add new members to your team, navigate to the 'Team' page within your account. There, you will find the option to 'Invite Users via Email'. Click this to proceed.
Step 2: Add Users by Completing the Fields
Enter the required information for each user, including their First Name, Last Name, Email, Role, and any Groups they belong to.
Step 3: Edit the Invitation Text (Optional) and Enter the Email Addresses of the Users You Would Like to Invite
At this stage, you have the option to personalize the invitation message that will be sent to new users. You can also directly input the email addresses of the individuals you wish to invite to your platform or service.
Step 4: Click 'Send'
New users will then receive an email informing them about the platform and providing instructions to click on the link to sign up. Please note that this email will always be sent from support@postbeyond.com .
