Advocates may sometimes complete challenge-related activities externally and forget to mark them as completed. This section outlines the steps to manually advance advocates through challenge stages in Influitive.

Understanding Challenge Progress

To check the progress of advocates in a challenge, navigate to the Challenge page and select the In Progress tab.

If an advocate has completed a stage, such as a reference call, but has not marked it as completed, you can manually advance them to the next stage.

Manually Advancing an Advocate

From the In Progress tab, select "more options" and then "Advance to Stage 3 for Advocate" to manually advance the advocate.

This can also be done from the advocate's profile page under the Challenges tab.
