Default Badges Icons
Every Hub comes with a default set of badges. You can find your badges under Admin Settings > Scoring and Achievements > Levels and Badges .
Before November 2020, these are the default Influitive badge icons (each color represents a new level):

Custom Badges Icons
A. Influitive Badge Template Customization
What you need:
- Adobe Photoshop or another graphic editing software
- 4 color hex codes for your company colors (try to avoid white, black or grey)
- Download the grey set of badges attached to this article ( Click here to download the badge templates )
- Make sure you save badges as transparent PNG files so they don't have a white background
General idea (applies to all graphic editing software)
The goal is that you color in the badge with your company colors. You can do this by using a selector tool and coloring the different parts of the badge. Make sure your brush is somewhat transparent so you maintain different shades in the badges. We suggest each level uses the same colors so advocates can use that as a level identifier. There are 3 levels of badges, and one "no level" area for extras. Each graphic editing software is different, but here is what adding color looks like in Photoshop.
Adobe Photoshop users: A shortcut
Adobe Photoshop offers a feature called the "Color Replacement Tool". This nifty little tool lets you color an image in a different color. This makes the whole process very fast. Simply select the "Color Replacement Tool", choose the hex code you want the badges to be, and color. Each level should be a different color. Check out the GIF below to see this in action.
B. Create from a scratch
You can also create new badges with different icons. Just download one of the greyscale badge templates ( Click here to download the badge templates ) and add your icon/picture to it. Icons/images usually look best in white. The badge templates example below are ordered as: no level, level 1, level 2, level 3.
You can find pictures to add to these badges on Google images, http://findicons.com , or by asking your graphics team. Once you have the icon, add it to your blank badge template. If you want to stay consistent with the default set of badges, use a white icon.
Additionally, you can have a designer create badges, or you can do it yourself using an online tool. You can use this online tool as a resource for creating / designing your own badges.
Uploading your custom badge
- First, head over to the drop-down menu under the Gear icon and select Settings . In settings, select Scoring & Achievements and then Levels & Badges from the left hand menu. Here we can add a badge by clicking Manage Icon in the right corner. You'll be able to upload your own badge icon.
- Scroll down and you’ll see where you can upload a custom picture for the badge photo. Select Choose File and select the picture on your computer's hard drive that you would like to use. We recommend you use an image that is approximately 70 pixels by 70 pixels . A transparent background will ensure the image doesn’t have a box around it.
