Exporting Discussion Responses
To export Discussion Responses, navigate to the Performance > ROI section and filter the Source by Discussions. Then, apply the filters to display all Reply to Discussion Topic Advocacy Types.
Click the Actions button and select "Export" to initiate the download of the data. The exported file will be available in the Notification Centre.
The export document will contain columns for event occurrence date and time, reply content, contact details, channel, campaign, challenge name/title, and the URL link to the forum.
