Overview
The Beta Reporting 360 release introduces new data analytics capabilities, including detailed reports on content pages, discussion topics, challenge responses, and custom profile fields. Enhancements to the reporting dashboards, such as the In Use tab, new Discussions Dashboard, and Content Sections Dashboard, aim to improve user experience and functionality. Users are encouraged to provide feedback on this beta version to refine the features further.

What does the Beta Reporting 360 include?
New Data
- Content Pages (including Content Pages Title, Replies, Content, Like Count, Reply Count and View Count)

Discussion Topics & Replies
- Challenge Responses (Quiz, Questions, NPS, Discussion Reply). From the Questions, Quiz, NPS, and Discussion Reply stages, it is now possible to extract and analyze the responses given for each stage type in your challenges.

- Custom profile fields will be available in any report that contains Contacts information

How to access the new data?
Challenge Responses
- Explore any report that includes Challenges or Contacts. Responses will also be included.
- Please note that there might be a character limit of the response values displayed in the Report.
Challenge Responses filter includes Created Date, ID, Question Title, Response Content, Stage Type and Updated Date.
Challenge Responses > Contacts is referring to the Contacts that responded to the challenge and have challenge responses.
Custom Profile Fields
- Explore any report that includes contacts. Custom Profile Fields will also be included.
- Use the new filters included on each Standard Dashboard.
- First select Custom Profile Fields Title to select the field. Then add the Custom Profile Fields Values to add a filter of specific profile fields value.
- Custom Profile Fields Source will only include automatic value population method (e.g. From Salesforce or Challenge). Manual addition or csv import will appear as blank.
- Custom Profile Fields Created Date will show the date the Custom Profile Field is created in the Hub.
- Custom Profile Fields Values Created Date will show the first date when the value is added to the field.
Discussions
This new Discussions dashboard includes the following Reporting Look:
- Discussions Category Name filter to report on specific Discussions Category.
- Discussion Trends (Topics created count, Replies created count, and Solved Topics count)
- Number of Topics Posted and Topic Replies
- Number of contacts engaged in Discussions
- Average minutes to First Topic Reply
- Average Replies per Topic
- Topics with 0 replies (days since post)
- Topics without replies are now highlighted so that you can see if any questions have gone unanswered
- Q&A Topics
- Top Advocates in Discussions
- Solved vs Unsolved Q&A Topics
- Top Discussions Topics (showing Views, Likes, Votes and Replies count)
Categories using Q&A functionality are now ranked by their level of activity and topics are now ordered by views, votes, and replies.
You can now also filter Discussion data in new ways including by category ID, whether or not a category uses Q&A, and whether or not voting is enabled. Topics and Replies can also be filtered by words contained in them (Content), the Flag Count, the ID, the Like Count, and whether or not a reply was marked as a solution.
Content Sections
This new Content Sections dashboard includes the following Reporting Look:
- Number of Content Sections available in the Hub
- Number of Content Pages available in the Hub
- Content Pages information (Page Title, Section Name, View Count, Reply Count, Like Count, Created At Date, Closed Status)
