Exporting Process
To initiate the export of an individual Advocate's activity, navigate to the advocate's profile page. Click on the pencil icon above the profile to access the export option. Select Export Contact Activity to begin the process. The same option is available next to an advocate's name in the advocate list view.
An email will be sent to the registered address with the subject "Your CSV Data Export is complete," containing the CSV file as an attachment.
Understanding the CSV Data Fields
The exported CSV file contains several fields providing insights into the Advocate's activities. Some of the key fields include:
- Event Type: Indicates the nature of the completed event, such as challenge stage completions, comments, badges earned, rewards redeemed, and feedback received.
