Advocate Sessions by Platform
The Advocate Sessions by Platform trend chart shows you the peaks and valleys of advocates logging in by ‘Web’ or ‘Advocate Anywhere’ or ‘Mobile App’. Advocate accessing the hub through the browser will show up at 'Web'. Click on any of the labels below to toggle on/off the corresponding areas in the visualization.
Hover your mouse over the Circle Question Mark icon next to the title to see a description of the report.
You can drill into this chart by clicking the Joined number: Click "Show All" to get a sense of the Advocates who joined within the time span selected, and the months since they joined.
Click on any of the points on the graph to look at a more detailed view of that data point.
Joined Advocates
This chart shows the number of Advocates who have Joined during the selected time span.
You can drill into this chart by clicking the Joined number: Click "Show All" to get a sense of the Advocates who joined within the time span selected, and the months since they joined.
Click the Advocate's name to drill down to their individual profiles on the Hub.
Engaged Advocates
This chart shows the number of Advocates who have been Engaged during the selected time span. Hover your mouse over the Circle Question Mark icon next to the title to see a description of the report.
You can drill into this chart by clicking the Engaged number which leads to a Details popup:
Click 'Show All' to get a list of the the advocates that engaged within the time span selected, and the months since they joined.
Click the Advocates name to drill down to their individual profiles on the Hub.
Click Advocate Engagements to view the specific Engagement data.
Inactive Advocates
This chart shows the number of Advocates who have not done any activities in the Hub in the past 30 days. Hover your mouse over the Circle Question Mark icon next to the title to see a description of the report.
You can drill into this chart by clicking the Inactive number:
Click 'Show All 6' to see a list of the the advocates and click the Advocates name to drill down to their individual profiles on the Hub.
Click Show Retention Dashboard to view the retention trends of your Hub.
Overall NPS
This chart shows the overall NPS of your hub. Hover your mouse over the Circle Question Mark icon next to the title to see a description of the report.
Click the number '65' and Show NPS Breakdown see the breakdown of passives, neutral, and detractor. Click into the pie chart slice to see the list of advocates, their individual NPS ratings, and the number of engagements that they have performed.
Active Advocates in the past 12 months
This chart shows the number of Active Users in your hub month over month.
Click the any bar to see the drill downs available. The example below shows that the month of October had 738 active users (aka advocates). Click the 'Show all 738' to see who these users were, and click on their names to see their user profiles. Alternatively, click on the 'by Created Time' to see what time users came into the Hub.
Advocate Sessions by Day
This chart shows the number of Advocates who have not logged into the Hub by day of the week. This chart shows if there are days of the week that get higher traffic than others.
Click Show All to see a list of the the advocates and click the Advocates name to drill down to their individual profiles on the Hub.
Advocate Sessions by Hour
This chart shows the number of Advocates who have not logged into the Hub by the time of day. This chart shows if there are peak times that get higher traffic than others. Hover your mouse over the Circle Question Mark icon next to the title to see a description of the report.

Most Engaged Advocates
This chart shows the top Advocates who have done the most amount of Engagement Activities in the Hub.
Click any bar and click on the 'Show All' to see a list of the the advocates and click the Advocates name to drill down to their individual profiles on the Hub. Also displayed is the type of Engagement activity they did, the date of the activity, and the number of activities captured.
Engaged Advocates Tenure
This Report shows your breakdown of engaged advocates by their Tenure, number of engaged advocates who are relatively new to the Hub and joined in the last 3 months, number of engaged advocates who joined 7 to 12 months ago, and engaged advocates who joined a year ago or longer.
Click into the bar to drill down to the advocates name included in the categories, and how may engagement activities they did. Then click their name to see their profiles.
Joined Advocates who did not Engage
This an exception report of people who joined your hub, but have never performed any engaging activities. They should be nurtured. If this chart shows "No Results", then congratulations—all of the Advocates who joined have engaged with your community!
Engaged Advocates that Became Inactive
This an exception report people who were engaging with your hub, but had stopped for some reason. They should be nurtured and re-engaged. If this chart shows "No Results", then congratulations—all of your Advocates are keeping engaged!
