Overview
This article provides guidance on how to adjust points for advocates within an Influitive hub. It covers the process of awarding extra points for activities and removing points in case of accidental awarding.
Information
Adjusting points for advocates is a straightforward process that can be done through the Advocates Page or the advocate's profile. This section provides step-by-step instructions on how to add or remove points, and the implications on Lifetime Points and Current Points.
Awarding or Removing Points
To adjust points, navigate to the Advocates Page, select the desired advocate, and use the Actions dropdown to click Adjust Points. Alternatively, adjust points from the advocate's profile by clicking See full profile, then the Pencil icon, followed by Adjust Points.
Understanding Point Types
When adjusting points, you can affect either "Lifetime Points" or "Current Points". To adjust "Lifetime Points", leave the default option selected. To adjust "Current Points", uncheck "Adjust Lifetime Points" and use a minus sign (-) to remove points, which won't affect the advocate's leaderboard position.
FAQ
