The Rewards Template Library is a feature within the Influitive platform that provides pre-made reward templates to hub administrators. This section outlines the steps to access and utilize the library, as well as options for creating custom rewards.

Accessing the Rewards Template Library

From the Admin View, select the rewards tab and choose "Add a Reward" to access the library. The library is filled with reward ideas created by the Influitive team, categorized for easy browsing. You can select a reward and customize its details after clicking "select" next to the reward name.

Creating a Reward from Scratch

If you prefer not to use the Rewards Template Library, you can create a reward using the existing functionality by selecting "Create a reward from scratch".

Can I add my own reward templates to the Library?

At this time, it is not possible to add personal reward templates to the Library. If you desire this functionality or have other feature requests, you are encouraged to share your feedback with the Influitive team.

Can I edit an existing reward template?

Currently, editing existing reward templates is not an option. However, you can customize the details of a reward after selecting it from the library.

Will Influitive be adding additional rewards to the Library?

While there is no set schedule for adding new rewards, Influitive may periodically update the library with new rewards based on best practices or successful rewards used by customers.
