How to Help Members Reset Their Password

Is a hub member experiencing issues resetting their password? Not to worry, you can help them reset their password by either triggering a password reset email or by generating a password reset link for them. 

1. Visit the member's Profile. You can access their full profile by searching for them in the Advocates Tab.

2. Once in their profile, click “ Edit”. This will bring up the Edit Advocate pop-up.

3. Go to the bottom of the Edit Advocate pop-up, and you will see two options: 

1. Choosing Forgot Password will automatically send a password reset email to the hub member. 
2. Choosing Generate a Password Reset Link will generate a link you can manually give to your hub member. Just click to copy!

Note: The password reset link will expire after 6 hours starting the moment you generate it!
