InfluiTip #1: Marking Challenges Complete for Advocates

Have you ever had advocates take a reference call or complete some other activity tied to a pre-existing challenge in your Hub? You might have been disappointed that they didn’t do it in the Hub to earn the points and have it count toward the goals of your advocacy program.

Don’t worry! If the challenge exists in your Hub and the person in question is also an advocate then you can manually complete the challenge for them.

On any challenge, you’ll see a candidate's tab.

Click on that tab to see a list of all the people who are eligible to complete that challenge.

Find the person who completed the task, click on the pencil beside their name, and click Mark Completed.

They’ll get a notification saying they completed a challenge and this activity will be logged in your reports.
