2016/07/05 Release Notes

This release is mainly focused around Reporting and Referrals. As always, send any questions you might have about this release to support.

New Features/Enhancements

  • Update to New Reports

We’ve added a total of 22 new reports, including what you told us were the most important reports from the classic version.  A full list of new reports is here but the highlights include:

  • New and Engaged Advocates Month over Month
  • Ability to filter by Experience
  • Most Popular Challenge Type and Challenges by Completion
  • Reward Redemptions and Fulfillment
  • References - Published, Completed, and In Progress
  • Popular Badges and Levels

We’ve also made it easier to exit the “explore” mode in reporting by adding a Back button.  

The classic reports have now been sunset, but please let us know if there are reports that you’d like to see which are not present

  • New Referrals 2.0 Countdown timer widget to create a sense of urgency

For those of you on our new Referrals 2.0 platform, we now have

  • A countdown timer
  • A rewards call out section

You can add  these optional to your referral campaign to help motivate and drive more referrals.  A countdown timer is a great way to instill a sense of urgency in driving referrals. The rewards call out highlights what an advocate can earn by generating referrals.  

If you are not on Referrals 2.0, talk to your Coach or a Support specialist to learn more about how to upgrade!

  • Social Sharing Improvements in Referrals 2.0
  • We now allow you to refer people to an external site instead of a page on your hub.  This might be useful for instance, if you want to drive referrals to purchase on your Ecommerce site.  For more information on how to set this up, visit our help desk
  • We now allow you to customize the default share text when a user shares your referral campaign across Social Media
  • We have an option to hide the  referral form if you want to focus your advocates on referring by social sharing.

  • For those of you making use of social sharing in Referrals 2.0, we’ve added a “Copy Link” button on the Refer by social sharing link to make it more obvious how to share links on referral campaigns.
