How Does an Advocate Get Their Perk
Your advocate is so awesome that you gave them a perk. They should have received a notification regarding the perk that they've received.
How do they get their perk?
Upon receiving this notification, they should now log in to the community by navigating there or clicking on the button in the email. After logging in, they should see a message pop-up that looks something like this:
Now they have to click on the "Take Me There" button. Next, they will be presented with a window that looks like the image below. Click on the "Redeem this reward" button to proceed with the redemption process.
They can't find their perk!
Did they click "x" and close the window with the perk info in it? Perhaps they didn't see the window at all. Regardless, their perk will always be easy to find. All they have to do is click "Rewards" on the menu bar.
They will find all of your available perks at the top of this page. They may now click on the "Redeem" button to proceed with the redemption process. See the image below for an idea of what the experience looks like.
Depending on what type of perk they have received, the method and time of delivery can vary. If the reward has "Administrator Approval", once the reward was accepted (redeemed) by the users, it will be added on the Rewards to Review list on the Administrator Dashboard view.
