NOTE FOR HUBS WITH SSO

If your AdvocateHub has SSO Setup, then the process to create Test accounts in the AdvocateHub will be a little different.

  1. First, you would need to ensure that you have a test account in your SSO portal. Please speak to your SSO Team on how to get a test account.
  2. Once the test account is set in the SSO portal, head over to the Hub's administrator view to add the test account using the same instructions above. Note: The email address added needs to match with the test account you've just created in the SSO Hub.
  3. In incognito window, you can then copy-paste the join code / invitation URL and enter the Hub with the same credentials that you use to enter the SSO portal.

How to use the Lens view to test

You can create one test account that are accessible by all the Hub admins to use via Lens. This way, the other administrators in the Hub will not need create a test account each time. Learn more about
