2015/12/15 Release Notes
This sprint was quite the productive sprint which mainly included several enhancements in order to make the lives of Advocate Marketers easier. We’re excited to finally release our new quiz stage which will be in Beta for the time being. As always, send any questions you might have about this release to support.
- Beta: Quiz Stage
- Display unique starts of a challenge instead of challenge completions
- Ability to move topics between public forums
- Show the first three comments of a reply by default
- Display rejected submissions in a Contact’s detail page
- Surface failed Tango Card redemption requests in dashboard
Beta: Quiz Stage
Advocate Marketers will now be able to create challenge stages where they ask a multiple choice question to advocates. If an advocate gets the answer correct they will be automatically moved onto the next stage or complete the challenge for them without having the admin to go in and approve each advocate’s answers.
Display unique starts of a challenge instead of challenge completions
Previously we displayed on a challenge card the number of unique advocates who completed a challenge. Now, we will be displaying the number of unique advocates who started the challenge instead.
We have found that
Ability to move topics between public forums
Advocate Marketers will now be able to move Community topics from one public forum to another public forum. This should make it easier for you to organize your forums and topics.
Show the first three comments of a reply by default
If a reply has more than 3 comments on it, only the first 3 will show up automatically and the rest will be truncated. You can easily see the rest of the comments by clicking on “Show More”.
Display rejected submissions in a Contact’s detail page
Advocate Marketers will now be able to view the challenge they rejected for a certain advocate in that advocate’s profile.
Surface failed Tango Card redemption requests in dashboard
Advocate Marketers will now get an alert message on their dashboard if there were any failed Tango Card redemptions.
